    Grandma Yien Choy's is spicy, salty, moist, and more paste-like. Grandma Saechao's is very pungent, dry, and firm in texture.
  • Which Thopezay is used for kasoy/khao soi?
    Both thopezay are used to make the kasoy meat for kasoy. The main ingredients for kasoy meat are ground pork, thopezay, and tomatoes.
  • How much Thopezay is in each bag or container?
    Each bag holds 16 ounces of thopezay. Each container (only sold in stores) holds 21.5 ounces of thopezay.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping ranges from $8.95-$16.10 and we ship all over the United States including Hawaii and Alaska and overseas to military APO/FPO addresses*. Free shipping on orders of 12 or more. *When shipping to a APO/FPO address, please checkout with your regular US home address as the Shipping address and add your APO/FPO address in the 'Military APO/FPO Address' box.
  • How should I store the Thopezay?
    Thopezay should be stored in the refrigerator in a sealed bag or container. Thopezay can last up to six months in the refrigerator or up to one year in the freezer.
